Hayden goes to Maui

We took our first major trip as a family to Maui for a few weeks in February. Hayden loved the sun and beach like his parents. He proved to be a good traveler which made us very proud and happy. Sorry there are so many pictures. There were so many good ones. Baby Float - what a great invention.
We even had to evacuate to the golf course for the tsunami that never came.
Waiting for nothing. Thank goodness.
H entertained the crowd while we all waited. Took 4 hours to get a table at the restaurant.
He fell asleep after awhile in my arms which is rare these days.
The boys in their aloha shirts.
Baby and mom enjoying the sunset and whale show.
Hayden figured out how to stand on his own for more than just a few seconds on this trip.
He loved the water. Even tasted it a bunch of times.
Boogie boarding like the best of them.
He really loved that rake. Held it for hours.
The shovel was a close second.
Touching sand for the first time. Couldn't figure out why it was so sticky and tasted funny.
Mommy was so kind to take pictures of us.
Sand felt pretty funny at first.
How do you like my new hairdo?
First time in the hot tub. Bubbles were so much fun.
Poor guy we made him wear this hat for skin protection all the time.
He is not afraid of the camera at all.
Come to Papa.
We took him to the aquarium and he loved it. Wasn't scared of anything.
He loved knocking down all the sand castles daddy built.
Hayden wasn't even scared of this big old shark.
Sting ray. Watch out.
Jelly fish. Fascinating. Too bad he won't remember any of it.
Walking on the beach with mama.
The Tran family footsie picture.
What a pimp in his robe and crocs.
Dinner time watching the sun go down. What a lucky little guy.
View of Black Rock on Kaanapali Beach with mommy.
We spent some fun times with the Hunters - Here's Tim and Amos.
H and Amos were a pretty cute pair. Aloha!
View from the Sheraton.
With friends Cara Beth and Theo.
Hi-Five.
I can't drink this whole thing by myself. H almost got washed away by a huge wave.
Hey guys. I'm up here.
Mommy cover my peepee.
We celebrated his 11 month birthday there. Almost 1 year old. How time flies.
Dinner at Cane & Taro with Michelle, Amos, and Tim Hunter. Delicious Poke.
Call him Hugh Tran.
First time down a water slide. Wasn't even scared surprisingly. H in his hydroplane boat. He loved to lean over and splash.
This green carpet feels kinda funny.
Hayden took his first airplane flight and took Curious George along. He did great. Even took a 2 hour nap. On the way back he tried to eat all the crumbs on the carpet floor though.
